    Family Favorite Recipe

    Dinner by Design's Asian Turkey Burgers

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
    • 1/3 cup sliced green onion
    • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
    • 2 Tbl soy sauce
    • 2 Tbl rice wine vinegar
    • 1 egg, lightly beaten
    • 2 Tbl hoisin sauce
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 lbs. lean ground turkey
    • 6 hamburger buns

    In a bowl, stir together the panko, green onion, cilantro, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, egg, hoisin and garlic. Crumble ground turkey over the seasoning ingredients and mix well. Form into six patties, about 4-inches in diameter.

    To grill or broil burgers, preheat grill / broiler to medium-high heat. Grill, covered, or broil 4-inches from heat source for 15-20 minutes, turning once until a meat thermometer reads 165°. Alternately, burgers can be cooked in a lightly oiled skillet over medium-low heat for 15-20 minutes, turning once or until thermometer reads 165°. Serve on buns.

    Penne with Chicken Tenders and Spiced Tomato Sauce
    Cooking Light favorite for even the youngest family members. Seasoned cut chicken tenders in a chunky tomato sauce, served over penne pasta.

    Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops
    Ready for dinner any night. Crunchy skillet pork chops go from freezer to table in less than 25 minutes!

    Spanish Chicken and Rice
    This version of Arroz con Pollo features cubes of seasoned chicken breast in saffron scented rice with spring peas and sliced green olives. Kids who like chicken and rice should enjoy this gently seasoned dish.

    Lemon Dill Tilapia
    Elegant and light, just right for those looking for waist-friendly options. Foil wrapped packets cook from frozen and promise moist, flavorful fish with minimal clean up.

    Crispy Onion Chicken
    We haven't found a Dinner by Design family who doesn't love this classic. Lightly seasoned, buttery baked chicken breasts topped with fried onions. Bakes from frozen!

    Stuffed Pizza Calzones
